What To Expect In the Best Hour of Your Day

1.

Warm Up & Review

Each class starts with a general warm up to get the body moving followed by movement or skill review.

Skill or Strength

We can’t move fast without learning new skills and building upon strength. Skills and strength are built into programming roughly 4-5 times a week.

3.

Metcon

Metabolic Conditioning (Metcon) is the base of what makes CrossFit, CrossFit. High intensity functional workouts that range from all out sprints to long, settle into a pace type workout.

4.

Cooldown

Before heading home we will either have self or coach-guided stretching to make sure you improve mobility and recover properly.
